Day 37: Wednesday, April 2

STRENGTH:

5, 3, 1 reps of Squat @ 85%, 90% and 95%
Met-Con WOD:

TBD (we might use the WOD composed by PT in the period 4 class)

today we used the WOD composed by PT even though he wasn’t actually in our class. it was a really nice break from yesterday even though we had to do thrusters AGAIN! I really liked the practice with cleans because I think it did a lot for my form! 🙂
